Do I need to have a Starlink kit already?
Yes — you order the Starlink kit from Starlink.com, and we provide the professional mounting and installation. We don't sell the Starlink hardware itself.
What if my roof isn't the best location?
We'll find the best spot — whether that's the roof, a ground pole in your yard, or a chimney mount. We only recommend a roof install if it's truly the best location for your signal.
Does a roof mount void my roof's warranty?
It depends on your roofing material and warranty. For shake or tile roofs, we often recommend a non-penetrating mount instead. We'll advise you on the safest option.
Can you replace my existing internet, or add Starlink alongside it?
Both. We can set Starlink as your primary connection, or configure it as a failover backup alongside your existing ISP.
